The session starts with a hot foot bath, during which we will discuss any areas of concern to tailor your treatment effectively. I will then perform warm-up exercises to stimulate blood flow and prepare your feet for reflexology to begin. Gentle pressure will be applied to specific reflex points on your feet and ankles, culminating in a soothing foot massage.
Throughout the session, I will make mental notes and will discuss my observations with you, along with aftercare tips and recommendations for follow-up treatments.
